Where should I put my cans?
Garbage and recycling cans should be spaced 3 ft apart where the driver can reach them.
What do I do with styrofoam?
Styrofoam belongs in the garbage.
What do I do with cardboard?
Cardboard should be broken down in the recycle container.
What day is my pickup?
Please contact us for your pick up day. We have a route day, not a route time ,as the pickup time can vary as the route is restructured frequently
When do my cans need to be out?
Routes start at 7 am
How will I know of any route changes?
Any changes to routes due to weather or holidays can be found on this website, Facebook, or local radio stations.
How can I update account or payment information?
Please contact us with any changing payment methods or phone numbers on accounts.
I'm unsure if pickup is tomorrow and it's outside office hours. What do I do?
If questioning pick up day during non-office hours....“When in doubt, put it out!”
